Moving to a new home often raises a lot of questions. We will of course be happy to answer them, so you get the best start as a resident with us.
Yes. The housing benefit is calculated, among other things based on your annual income. An average student receives around DKK 1,000 in housing support in Provstehuset.
Yes. Two people can be CPR registered per room in the apartment.
You may stay up to two people per rooms in our apartments.
No. It is only a requirement that the person on the contract is a student.
No. Only one person may be responsible for the tenancy.
No. Your electricity consumption is settled directly with your provider.

No. Sometimes the previous resident will sell or give their furniture to the next resident. An agreement can be made for this .
Yes. We have a solution from Nortec. A wash costs DKK 14 and a tumble dryer (50 min.) costs DKK 15.
